Shri Chhotelal or Chhotelal Singh Kharwar Samajwadi party politician from Uttar Pradesh state is serving his second term as a member of the Parliament in the 18th Lok Sabha. He was contested in general election 2024 from Robertsganj Lok Sabha constituency. Robertsganj constituency was reserved as for the SC candidate of the state. Chhotelal was fielded from the constituency as a SC category contestant. His political career started as the Gram Pradhan of his village panchayat.

He was born in the SC community family of Shir Ramdhani and Smt. Udasi Devi in Mangrahi village of Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh. Chhotelal Singh Kharwar completed his schooling at the government school of his village. He dropped schooling early and started working as a farmer with his father. In 2005 he was elected as the Pradhan of his Gram Panchayat. Shri Chhotelal was first elected as a member of the Lok Sabha in 2014.
