Shri Shivmangal Singh Tomar, a BJP politician from Madhya Pradesh is serving as the Member of the Lok Sabha of the Parliament of India. He contested in the 2024 general election from the Morena Lok Sabha seat. Shivmangal Singh Tomar defeated Neetu Satyapal Singh Sikarwar of the Indian National Congress Party by 52 thousand votes securing a total of more than five lakh votes from the Morena Constituency. He previously served as a Member of the Madhya Pradesh State Assembly.

He was born in Morena City of the State in the family of Janak Singh Tomar and Kaushalya Devi in 1959. Shivmangal Singh Tomar has been active in politics as a member of the Bhartiya Janta Party from a Young age. Shivmangal Singh completed his schooling in Morena and joined Jiwaji University Gwalior for Higher Education. Later, he obtained a B. Sc. and LLB degree.
