Rwngwra Narzary, an Indian politician from the Eastern state, of Assam is currently serving as a member of the parliament. He contested as the candidate of the Rajya Sabha from Assam state Rajya Sabha Seat in the 2022 election of the United Peoples Party. He won the poll and served his first term as a member of the parliament. Rwngwra Narzary has also served as the president of the UPP (Liberal).

He was born in the family of the Shri Panidhar Narzary and Shrimati Saoti Narzary in Chirang city of Assam State in 1970. Rwngwra Narzary was brought up by his mother and finished his schooling in his hometown. He obtained a graduation degree and joined politics. Shri Rwngwra Narzary is one of the oldest members of the party which was founded in 2015.
