Shri Robert C. Bruce, an Indian politician from Tamil Nadu State is serving his first term as a member of the Lower House, The Lok Sabha of the Parliament. He contested first time in the general election from the Tirunelveli constituency as the candidate of the Indian National Congress Party. In his first contest, he defeated the Bhartiya Janta Party and CPI candidate in 2024 by a huge margin of votes.

He was born in the family of Chellapan and Star Queen in 1929 in Tamil Nadu. Robert C Bruce finished his schooling and earned a Master of Law degree from Madras University.
