Nitesh Rane, a Young politician of Maharashtra is serving his second term as a member of the Vidhan Sabha from the Kankavli assembly constituency as the representative of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He contested a second time from the Same constituency as the candidate of BJP and won the seat in the 2024 general assembly election 2024, Nitesh Rane belongs to the family of former chief minister of the state Narayan Rane.

He was born in the family of Narayan Rane and Neelam Rane in Mumbai. Nitesh Rane finished his early schooling in Mumbai and moved to the UK with his elder brother Nilesh Rane for higher education. Nitesh came back and joined the politics with his father and Brother. His father decided to resign as a member of Shiv Sena in 2005 and joined the Indian National Congress Party.
