Shri Niranjan Bishi, a Sitting Member of the Upper House of the Parliament of India is a famous tribal leader in the Odisha state of India. He is known for his social service to uplift the lives of sidelined tribal communities of the state. Niranjan Bishi is a known social worker in Odisha state. He is serving his first term as a member Rajya Sabha of the Parliament. He was born in the tribal family of the Debarchan Bishi and Kalabati Bishi in 1968 in Kuturla of Bolangir district Odisha.
