Nayab Singh Saini, a young politician and Chief Minister of Haryana state was born in 1970 in a small village near Ambala. After completing his schooling from the local schools of his native village he moved to Bihar and completed his graduation from BR Ambedkar University. After Graduation, he joined Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut and completed his law degree. Saini Belongs to the Haryanvi Mali OBC Community. He was a member of Pracharak of RSS while he was in college. He came back to Ambala and started practicing Law. Saini was an active member of the Go-Raksha community in the city.

Saini came close to Manohar Lal Khatter Ex CM of Haryana and senior BJP leader. Nayab Singh became a member of the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). His political career started as a primary member of the party and served many roles in the district-level State Bhartiya Janta Party. Saini was the president of Ambala of the BJP for some time before being elected as a Member of the Parliament. He contested the state assembly election in 2010 but lost the election. But he kept his social service and political potential on for the next election. Saini was elected in the next assembly election and served as the minister in the Haryana government.

Nayab Singh Saini won from Ladwa constituency assembly election in 2024 and was sworn in for his second term as the Chief Minister of Haryana.
