Shri Naba Charan Majhi, a Senior Politician of Odisha State, is serving his first term as a member of the lower house of the Indian parliament. He contested the general election 2024 as the representative of the Bhartiya Janta party from the Mayurbhanj Lok Sabha constituency of Odisha state. In the 2024 Lok Sabha election, he defeated Opponents of the Biju Janta Dal and INDIA alliance by a huge margin of votes.

NC Majhi was born in 1961 in Mahuldiha town of Odisha state. He belongs to the Scheduled Tribe community of the state. His father, Shri Dhuma Majhi, was a farmer, and his mother, Smt Salma Majhi, was a housewife. Naba Charan Majhi completed his schooling in the Local government school of his hometown.
