M Mallesh Babu, an Indian politician of the Janta Dal- Secular political party from Karnataka state is currently serving as a member of the parliament of India. He won the election in the 2024 general election from the Kolar constituency. Mallesh Babu belongs to the Dalit Community of the Karnataka state and has been active in state politics for a long time as a member of Janta Dal. In 2024 Janta Dal contested in the general election under the NDA Alliance with Bhartiya Janta Party.
