Smt. Lovely Anand is an Indian Politician associated with Janta Dal United, serving as the Member of Lok Sabha, the lower house of Parliament. She also served as a Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha from 1994 to 1996. Lovely Anand was elected as the MP from  Sheohar (Lok Sabha constituency) in Bihar in June 2024. She was a former Member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly from 1996 to 2000 representing Nabinagar Constituency and from 1996–2000 representing Barh Constituency.

Lovely Anand belongs to a well-connected political family. Her mother’s cousin Madhuri Singh was a member of parliament in the 1980s from the Congress party. She started her political career as the debutant candidate for the new Bihar People’s Party founded by her husband, Anand Mohan Singh.  Lovely Anand had defeated a heavyweight parliamentarian Kishori Sinha, the wife of former Bihar Chief Minister Satyendra Narayan Sinha, in a 1994 Lok Sabha by-election in the north Bihar constituency of Vaishali.

Lovely Anand did not contest the 1996 elections and failed to re-win in those of 1999. She was elected twice as a member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. She defeated RJD candidate Ritu Jaiswal by a margin of 29,143 votes in the 2024 General elections. Anand Lovely joined the Hindustani Awam Morcha party in 2015 and contested from the Sheohar constituency, but lost the election by a margin of around 400 votes.
