Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu, Educationist and member of the 18th Lok Sabha of the parliament was born in 1983 in Guntur district Andhra Pradesh. He was born to the family of Lavu Rathaiah and Lavu Nirmalamma and his father was also an educationist. His father founded Vignan University- Vignan Foundation for Science, Technology and Research. Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu completed his schooling in Guntur and moved abroad for his higher education in Mass Com and Media.
After education, he joined Vignan University and currently serves as the chairman of the university. His political career started with his introduction as the candidate of YSR Congress Party candidate from the Narasaraopet constituency of Andhra Pradesh state in 1019. He won the election by defeating the senior Congress Leader Rayapati Sambasiva Rao. LS Krishna has put his thoughts on various bills introduced to the parliament like the Motor Vehicle Amendment bill and others.
