Shri Krishan Lal Panwar, Haryana cabinet minister and MLA from the Israna constituency was born in Madlauda town of Panipat District of Haryana in 1958. He was a Former member of the upper House of the Parliament (Rajya Sabha) of India. Krishna Lal was brought up in a joint family with his siblings and completed his schooling and higher education in Panipat City. He worked as a co-operator in the Panipat Thermal plant till 1991 as a government employee. He comes from the Dalit community of the state.
Krishan Lal Panwar was ambitious and always wanted to become a politician. His ambition resulted in his resignation from the government job in 1991. He joined the Indian National Lokdal party after his resignation. Before the resignation, he almost gained his basic support in his constituency. Finally, he was introduced in the state assembly election by the Indian National Lok Dal. Young Krishna contested from Halaka Asandh assembly constituency in 1991. His golden political journey led him to be sworn in as the minister of the Nayab Saini-led BJP government in Haryana in 2024.
