Khalilur Rahaman, A Businessman turned Politician of West Bengal state is a current Member of Parliament from the Jangipur constituency of West Bengal. He is known as the Bidi Manufacturer tycoon of the West Bengal state. Khalilur is serving his second term as a member of the parliament from the Jangipur constituency. He is the Director of Nur Bidi Works company based in Delhi. Khalilur Rahaman won the Jangipur constituency defeating BJP contestant in the general election of 2024.

He was born in the family of Nur Mohammad Biswas and Jahanara Begum in Murshidabad District in 1960. His family was agriculturists. Khalilur finished his schooling in his native place and earned a B. Com Degree from DN College Aurangabad. He started manufacturing of Tobacco product ‘Bidi’ and spread his product all over India.
