Shri Janardan Mishra, a senior politician of the Bhartiya Janta Party is currently serving his third consecutive term as a member of the parliament. He contested as the representative of the BJP from the Rewa Lok Sabha constituency in the general election of 2024. He defeated Neelam Abhay Mishra of the Indian National Congress Party by a margin of around two lakh votes. Janardan Mishra previously served as the district president of the party.

He was born in the family of Ramadhar Mishra and Kailso Devi in 1956. Janardan Mishra finished his schooling in Rewa city and joined the Thakur Ranmat Singh Degree College. He obtained a BA and LLB degree. Janardan Mishra is an advocate by profession. He joined the Bhartiya Janta Party at an early age and served in various posts of the party in his district.
