He was born to a family of politicians, His father Abu Hasem Khan Choudhury, and uncle A.B.A. Ghani Khan Choudhury was a member of the parliament. He finished his schooling from Maldah City and moved to Canada for his higher Education. Isha Khan Choudhury completed his graduation from York University of Toronto. He married to Sayeda Saleha Noor.
