Shri Iranna Kadadi, Senior BJP leader from Karnataka state is serving his first term as a member of the Rajya Sabha of the Parliament of India. He was nominated as the candidate of the 2020 Rajya Sabha election from Karnataka state as the candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Shri Iranna Kadadi’s Political career started at a young age as a member of Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad. He is known as a politician with a lean image with no criminal cases against him in Karnataka state.

He was born in the Veerashiva Lingayat community family of Bhimappa Satteppa Kadadi and Smt. Dundavva Bhimappa Kadadi in 1966 in Kalloli town of Karnataka. Iranna Kadadi dropped schooling in his early years and started farming with his father. He soon joined the youth wing of the BJP Party and started working for the organization. Shri Iranna Kadadi was active in politics for a long time and contested in the local body elections of his district.

Iranna Kadadi contested in the state assembly election in the 1994 Arabhavi constituency but he was defeated in the elections. He was elected as the president of Zilla Panchayat, Belagavi in 2011. In his political career, he has done hard work to spread the reach and support of the party in Karnataka state. Shri Iranna Kadadi is currently living in his official residence as a member of the Parliament of India (Upper House) in New Delhi at BD Marg, Near RML hospital.
