Shri Gopichand Padalkar or Gopichand Kundalik Padalkar, a Politician from Maharashtra is serving his first term as a member of the State Legislative Assembly as the representative of the Bharatiya Janata Party from Jat Constituency of the state. Gopichand Padalkar was born in the mall town Padalkarwadi of Sangli District in the family of Shri Kundlik and Smt. Hiramaai in 1982. He finished his schooling in his hometown and joined the movie industry after his education. Gopichand Padalkar joined politics while working in the film industry and contested in Lok Sabha and Assembly elections as the candidate of various parties. Mr Gopichand rejoined the BJP Party in 2019 and served as a Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council (MLC) in 2020.
