Ghanshyam Das Arora senior leader of the Haryana State Bhartiya Janta Party and current minister of the Haryana state assembly government was born in the family of the ordinary agriculturist of the Village Karerakhurd Village of Yamuna Nagar in 1952. He came from the Khatri Community of the Haryana state. His father was a farmer and his mother was a homemaker. Ghanshyam Dass finished his early education at Native government schools. After passing his Intermediate class he moved to Yamuna Nagar city and obtained his Law degree. Besides he was a brilliant Lawyer, but he was inclined himself into the social service.
Shri Ghanshyam Dass Joined the RSS as the Pracharak in 1967. He continuously kept his social service for the upliftment of the Farmers of the state. He fought many social issues in the governments of the state. Ghanshyam Dass joined the Bhartiya Janta Party and served in many responsible posts in state politics. He was the vice president of the Haryana Kisan Sangh. In the 2014 state assembly election, he was first contested in the direct election from the Yamuna Nagar state assembly constituency.
