G M Harish Balayogi, farmer by profession and politician, was born in 1991 in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. He is the son of former speaker of Lok Sabha Ganti Mohan Chandra Balayogi. GM Harish Madhur finished his schooling in his native place and finished his MBA from the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management. After graduation, he started farming in his in his native village. His father GMC Balayogi died in a Helicopter crash in Kalikur, Andhra Pradesh.
His father was serving as a member of parliament and speaker of Lok Sabha. After the death of his father, he looked after his family, and his mother contested in bi-pol from Amalapuram constituency because of the sudden death of her husband. She serves as a member of Lok Sabha, the upper house of parliament from 2002 to 2004. G M Harish Madhur Balayogi kept the legacy of his father and joined the Telugu Desam Party and started working as a member. He was introduced by the party as the candidate for the general election in 2024.
