Chandradeep Shashikant Narake, a social activist and politician of Maharashtra is serving his third term as a member of the state Legislative Assembly from October 2024. He first contested in a state assembly election in 2009 and won the Karvir constituency defeating his nearest rival by a huge margin. Chandradeep was fielded as the candidate in the general assembly election 2024 by the Shiv Sena party and NDA alliance from the Karvir constituency once again. Narake won the election and secured a seat for his party.

He was born in 1967 in Kolhapur City of Maharashtra in a farming family. Chandradeep Narake completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree and was involved in farming with his father. He was inclined towards Social service and politics in young age. Chandradip Narke joined the Shiv Sena party at an early age and soon gained his political position in the party through his social activities in his hometown.
