Shri Ashish Nandkishore Jaiswal, an Indian Politician from Maharashtra is serving his 5th term as a member of the State legislative assembly and cabinet minister in the newly elected government of the Bharatiya Janata party in Maharashtra. He contested in the general assembly election 2024 as a member of Shiv Sena from the Ramtek constituency of Nagpur District. Ashish Jaiswal won the election defeating Shri Rajendra Mulak.

He was born in the Ramtek town in 1971. Ashish Jaiswal completed his schooling and earned an LLB degree. Later, he joined politics with his professional career as an advocate and member of Shiv Sena. He was elected as the MLA first time in 1999 under the leadership of Balasaheb Thackeray from the Ramtek constituency. Ashish joined the state assembly at the young age of 28 years.
