Adoor Prakash, a politician of the Indian National Congress Party is serving as a member of the 18 Lok Sabha of the Parliament of India. He was contested in the general election 2024 from the Attingal constituency of the Kerala state of India. Adoor Prakash won the election defeating the Cammunist Praty of India candidate V. Joy by more than 600 votes. He retained the constituency second time in the 2024 general elections.

Adv. Adoor Prakash has been in Kerala state politics from a young age. His first direct electoral contest was from the Konni state assembly in 1996. He was born in Adoor town of Pathanamthitta District of Kerala state in 1955. Adoor Prakash finished his law degree from Law Academy College, Kerala. Shri Adoor Prakash entered politics while he was practicing law at a young age. Later, he joined the youth wing of the Indian National Congress party as a member.
