Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar is an Indian Politician from Haryana and is the current Minister of State of Power and Heavy Industries and Ministry of Co-operation. He is also serving as the incumbent member of Lok Sabha representing the Faridabad Constituency. Krishna Pal was elected to the 18th Lok Sabha by defeating the INC candidate, Mahender Pratap Singh with a majority of 1,72,914 votes.

He was born to Hans Raj Zaildar and Sunhero Devi in Mewla Maharajpur, Faridabad, Haryana on 4 February 1957. Krishan Pal Grjar did his graduation from Jawaharlal Nehru College in 1978 and got his law degree from Meerut University. He is an active member of the Bharatiya Janat Party. Krishan Pal Gurjar debuted his political career by winning the Corporation Councilor election in 1994 as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate and became the party’s State Minister. In 1996, he became the Member of Legislative Assembly of Haryana for Mewla–Maharajpur constituency. Krishan Pal won the MLA seat for the next two consecutive terms again. He also served as Transport minister in Bansi Lal government from 1996 to 1999. Gurjar later served as BJP state President of Haryana. In 2014, he contested the General Election and became the MP from Faridabad and also won the next 17th & 18th Lok Sabha elections for consecutive terms.
