Smt. Raksha Nikhil Khadse, a young politician of Maharashtra state is serving her third consecutive term as the Member of the parliament with the tag of youngest female member of the parliament in 2014 at 26 years. She defeated Manish Jain of the Nationalist Congress party from Ravel Lok Sabha Constituency in her third consecutive election. Raksha Khadse secured the Lok Sabha Seat for Bhartiya Janta Party with a total of six lakh votes. She is serving as the Union Minister of the State of Youth Affairs and Sports in the third term of PM Narendra Modi’s Government.

Raksha was born in a family of Jagdish Mohan Patil and Anita Patil in Khetia Town in Madhya Pradesh. She was brought up in Maharashtra and Gujarat state and obtained a Bachelor of Science. Raksha Khadse was married to the family of Eknath Khadse, a senior leader of the Nationalist Congress Party. Her husband Nikhil died in an accident at a young age.
