Dr. Kadiyam Kavya, a Politician from the Telangana state of India is currently serving her first tenure as a member of the parliament. She won her first electoral contest as the representative of the Indian National Congress Party from the Warangal constituency of Telangana. Kadiyam Kavya won the Lok Sabha Seat securing more than five lakh eighty-one thousand votes against Aroori Ramesh of Bhartiya Janta Party. She belongs to the Political family of Kadiyam Srihari, Deputy chief minister of the Telangana state.

Kavya was born in 1983 in the family of Kadiyam Srihari and Vinayarani Kadiyam. She was brought up in Hanamkonda city and educated in her hometown. Kadiyam Kavya moved to Hyderabad and earned her MBBS and Master of Drug (MD)degree in Pathology from Osmania Medical College. She entered politics with her father Kadiyam Srihari as a member of the BRS Party. Later Dr Kadiyam Kavya joined the Indian National Congress party.
