Jadhav Bhaskar Bhaurao, a Marathi Politician of Shiv Sena- Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray party is serving in the Member of Legislative Assembly of Maharashtra state. He was contested as the candidate of Shiv Sena (UBT) from the Guhagar Vidhan Sabha seat in the assembly election 2024. Bhashkar Jadhav is one of the few candidates of Shiv Sena (UBT) who secured the seat for the party in the first assembly elections after the split of Shiv Sena in 2022.

He joined state politics at a young age and was an active member of the Nationalist Congress Party for a long time. Bhashkar Jadhav was first elected as a member of the assembly as the candidate of NCP in 1995.
