Suresh Khade or Sureshbhau Dagadu Khade, a Senior BJP politician is serving his second consecutive term as a member of the Maharashtra state assembly. He was fielded as the candidate of the Miraj Assembly constituency of the state by the Bharatiya Janata Party in the assembly election 2024. Suresh Khade won the election defeating his nearest rival Tanaji Satpute of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) by the margins of ninety-five thousand votes. Dr Khade secured one lakh twenty-nine thousand seven hundred sixty-six votes from the Miraj Constituency.

He was born in Tasgoan town of Sangli district in 1958. Suresh Khade was born in the Scheduled Cast community of the state and finished his schooling at government schools in his native place. He started leading his community with his social service. Dr. Suresh became a known social activist in the district he first contested in the state assembly election in 2009 as the candidate of the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP).
