K.T.S. Tulsi Senior Advocate and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament was born in 1947 in Hoshiyarpur Punjab state. He is a senior advocate of the Supreme Court of India. KTS Tulsi has presented the government of India in many cases including the Rajiv Gandhi Assassination case. He was born into a normal family. He completed his graduation from Punjab University. Political science graduate K.T.S. Tulsi completed his Bachelor of Law from the same university in 1971.
