He finished his schooling in his hometown and intermediate in Vijayawada. Kesineni Sivanath moved to finish his BE from Arulmigu Meenakshi Amman College of Engineering, Kanchipuram. He is a real state businessman who is also active in politics as a member of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP).

TDP introduced him as the candidate of the 18th Lok Sabha Election from the Vijayawada constituency and the election of the Vijayawada seat went on fire when Kesineni Srinivas his brother was introduced as the candidate of the YSRCP party from the same constituency. The election battle became interesting and came into the limelight all over India. Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni) won the tough contest against his brother and joined Lok Sabha of the Parliament on 04 June 2024.
