Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka, IT engineer and politician from Odisha State is currently serving as a member of the Lok Sabha of the Parliament of India from May 2024. He represented the Korapat constituency of Odisha as the representative of the Indian National Congress Party. He started politics with his father, his father was a senior politician of the congress party in Odisha state. Saptagiri Shankar joined politics as a member of the Congress party.

He was born into the political family of politicians Ramachandra Ulaka and Ratnamani Ulaka in Ravagada Town of Odisha. His family belongs to the Schedule Tribe community of the state. INC again gave him a chance from the same constituency and Saptagiri Shankar Ulaka kept his winning esteem in the 2024 general elections.
