Shri Jyotiraditya M Scindia is serving as the Union minister in the third term of the Narendra Modi-led Government of India. He contested in the general election of 2024 and joined the parliament of India. Jyotiraditya Scindia defeated Rao Yaduvendra Singh of the Indian National Congress Party by more than five lakh forty thousand votes from the Guna Lok Sabha constituency. He is currently serving as the Union Minister of Communication and Minister of Development of North Eastern region in the government of India.

Jyotiraditya was born in Mumbai in the family of Veteran leader Late Shri Madhav Rao Scindhiya. He belongs to the Royal Scindhiya family of the Gwalior Princely state of India. His grandfather Jiwajirao Scindiya was the last Maharaja of Gwalior Kingdom. Jyotiraditya Scindia completed his higher education at Stanford Graduate School of Business, California, and returned back to India.

Jyotiraditya Scindia joined Lok Sabha after winning the Bi-poll election in 2002. He is currently serving his 6th term in the parliament of India including a term as a member of Rajya Sabha 2020.
